ClamWinPortableDBUpdate

After you have properly installed ClamWinPortableDBUpdate, all you need to do is double-click on ClamWinPortableDBUpdate.exe inside the ClamWinPortableDBUpdate folder whenever you want to update your virus definition files. Assuming you have a valid Internet connection, ClamWinPortableDBUpdate will then automagically update your virus definition files.

Ways to use ClamWinPortableDBU:

• Place a shortcut to ClamWinPortableDBUpdate.exe in the root of your USB flash disk or anywhere you want convenient access to updating virus definitions.
• Place a shortcut to ClamWinPortableDBUpdate.exe in your Start Menu\Programs\Startup\ folder to automatically update virus definitions whenever you logon to your computer.
• Create a periodic task using Windows' Scheduled Tasks that executes ClamWinPortableDBUpdate.exe on a regular basis.
